Know your rights!
As we are based in Europe, we are subject to the GDPR. This grants every data subject far-reaching rights. You can read about them in Chapter 3 of the GDPR. There you will find an easy-to-understand overview of your rights. Which, by the way, apply to all companies. To enforce your rights (with other companies), there is also a great non-profit website that can help you with this: datarequests.org
